Pinon Pine Resin Essential Oil

Sourced from an artisan distiller in USA, the same distiller that provides our beautiful Ponderosa Pine essential oil. The resin is collected from what drops to the ground and causes no harm to trees. Distillation of the sticky gooey resin is done in a copper alembic still in small batches. Only a small amount becomes available whenever enough resin is harvested, which is infrequently. 

This essential oil from the resin is an aromatic treasure-find that we are elated to make available. Whether you prefer to call this oozing treasure pine resin, or pine tar, or pitch pine, the aroma of this distillation is balsamic and resinous, somewhat similar to our Frankincense Green sacra CO2 oil. When an initial sample was received for organoleptic analysis it was apparent this oil displayed an aromatic complexity unique to any other oil with its balsamic, earthy, warm, deeply resinous aroma combined with hints of smooth sweet pine notes. Pinon Pine Resin essential oil is one of the most captivating oils for relaxation and meditation. You will find its resinous notes calming and when diffused bedside to produce a pleasurable hypnotic state of mind perfect to drift off into a restful sleep. In the hands of someone well experienced with meditation this is nothing short of a magical oil.
