The past few years of adverse weather conditions in Madagascar, where Vanilla Planifolia is naturally grown, has yielded damaged and unresponsive crops, creating a severe global shortage of Vanilla.  The particularly beloved Vanilla Bourbon CO2 with 26% vanillin continues to be out of stock, and will be until harvesting conditions improve.
