After quite a long 5 Year wait, and receiving many samples during that time, none measured up - until now. Although we were pressed by customers to re-stock even a low 12% vanillin, we declined all samples and waited for things to turn around in the vanilla market. We didn't want to stock anything other than the quality of what we had previously from Madagascar. Although the price of vanilla has skyrocketed it is starting to stabilize but only slightly for lower vanillin percentage CO2 extracts. It just made no sense to source a lower quality from Uganda, who saw fit to raise prices because of Madagascar's inability to produce high quality Vanilla Bourbon CO2 at 26% vanillin due to crop failures and weather related issues. We are now very excited to have finally sourced a 'true' Vanilla Bourbon CO2 in limited quantity. Due to limited availability there are no free samples with orders.

However, it's important to note that the extract can become solid or semi-solid in cold temperatures and will require warming to liquefy.

Sweet Smelling

I'm still not sure what the CO2 dilutions mean but this scent smells delicious without being overly sweet. I want to mix it with something citrus or let it stand on its own with one of my aromatherapy necklaces. Very nice scent!!

Best vanilla I've ever experienced

If you are on the fence about ordering LGB's vanilla, jump off quickly before it is gone! It is so lovely, warm and exquisite - and it is worth the price. If you want something less expensive, you will never get the quality of this vanilla essence. After ordering, I decided to order another and give as a gift as it is one of a kind and very impressive. As always, a wonderful buying experience with LGB. I would not hesitate to refer anyone who wants top quality pure oils and an excellent selection.

Divine!

I received a sample of this heavenly extract with my last order. What a fabulous scent! Warm, creamy, soft and sweet! m I combined just a few drops with some Patchouli EO, pure magic!

Organic Vanilla Bourbon CO2 Extract

Warm vanilla scent, deep and pure. Used it in a vanilla lavender whipped body butter. The scent holds well. I made the body butter three weeks ago and it's just as strong now as it was then. Love it - worth the money.

Yummy!

This Vanilla Bourbon is so delicious & yummy smelling you'll be tempted to taste it. It is sweet, never syrupy, but it's the vanilla-a bit nutty-caramel aroma that makes it so yum-yum!

This is a vanilla extract like I have never seen before! I bought a sample just to experience it and I'm glad I did. The scent is lovely and much different from the vanilla that I have purchased in the past. I will definitely be upgrading to this product and using my old stuff for the laundry!
