Return of Non-Hygienic products:

We will gladly accept the return of non-hygienic products that are defective due to manufacturing and/or workmanship defects for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes (human error) resulting in the shipment of an incorrect product will be accepted for return within 30 days from purchase. In the unlikely event you receive an incorrect item, contact our customer service department to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) no later than 5 days after receipt of shipment.

Cancellations - Domestic USA

  1. Any domestic order canceled before being prepared for shipment incurs a $10.00 cancellation fee.
  2. Any domestic order canceled AFTER being prepared for shipment incurs a $20.00 cancellation fee.
  3. Any domestic order canceled after being prepared for shipping with a shipping label but before courier pickup incurs a $25.00 cancellation fee.
  4. No order can be canceled after shipping (courier pickup). Please see the Returns section below.

Returns - Please follow our return policy below for domestic USA orders:

  1. Returns received without obtaining an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) will be rejected and not processed.
  2. All eligible returns are refundable to the original form of payment, or you can instruct us to issue a refund in store credit, which is automatically applied to the next order you place. Either way, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
  3. All products are considered hygienic products and are non-refundable once opened. We do not accept returns of hydrosols opened or unopened. 
  4. Authorized returns shall be shipped to us as we originally shipped them, with all bottle wrappings in place and sufficient package cushioning. If your order included free samples, they must be returned and be in the original unopened packaging.
  5. There is no refund if you refuse delivery or return to sender.
  6. If the error was ours, we will pay the shipping for a replacement item. Otherwise, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Cancellations - International Orders

  1. All standard (retail) international orders cancelled prior to shipping are assessed 25% cancellation fee.
  2. All bulk or wholesale orders incur 75% cancellation fee if prior to shipment.  Orders cancelled after 90 days from order confirmation and prior to shipment incur 100% cancellation fee.
  3. All international bulk or wholesale orders are non-refundable once shipped. 
  4. We do not accept returns or cancellations of any international order refused by the customer for delivery. As indicated in our Shipping information for international orders, all duty/tax that may be imposed by the customer's country is the responsibility of the customer. Should the customer decline payment of the imposed duty/tax, the shipment is subject to disposal and is not returned to us.

HYDROSOLS: We can not accept returns of hydrosols.

e-Gift Cards:
Our gift cards do not expire, although they are non-refundable after 6 months from the issuance date.
