An excellent mist for stress or sinus related headache and can be enhanced by blending with
Lavender Hydrosol. Gents find this hydrosol particularly soothing in after shave facial care where its cooling and anesthetic qualities excel for razor burn. Gentle yet effective, Peppermint Hydrosol is one of the best toners for oily and problematic skin.
Some reputable sources indicate Peppermint Hydrosol highly effective with menopause related hot flashes because it is cooling and also considered a hormone regulator. Amazing what a mist of this lovely hydrosol on the face and neck area can do. We're told by several women that they keep an atomizer bedside as their natural solution to the sudden onset of hot flashes at night.
While LGB does not encourage or promote internal consumption of pure essential oil, Suzanne Catty writes in her book that Peppermint Hydrosol can be used for conditions of Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and Crohn's Disease.
