Occasionally a popular sale item will become unavailable between the time the order was originally placed and when our staff processes the order.  We will ship your product(s) as they become available. For products that we anticipate receiving replenishment in less than 7 days will be assigned a status of back order with email notification to you. Should you wish to change or cancel any back-ordered product you may do so by contacting us.  

There may be times, particularly around holiday periods and special promotions when the product you have ordered has gone out-of-stock causing a delay in fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order for out-of-stock or back-ordered products and receive a full refund at any time prior to shipping, or, wait for the product(s) to be back in stock.  In this case, you can notify us to ship all in-stock products ahead of the out-of-stock product(s).  When the out-of-stock product(s) are back in stock we will ship at no additional cost to you.
