Orange Blossom Absolute is benign solvent extracted fresh flowers from the Bitter Orange Tree (Citrus aurantium). Flowers from this tree, when steam distilled, produce Neroli essential oil. Although Neroli and Orange Blossom have vast aromatic differences due to different extraction methods, they harmoniously complement each other in blends.
This Orange Blossom Absolute has a reddish-orange to brown mobile syrup-like consistency. It is easier to work with when liquefied to a less viscous consistency. You can gently warm it to liquefy.
