For best results, start with a 1% concentration and adjust upward in small increments. It's vital to note that non-IFRA-compliant Oakmoss absolutes may be available at a lower price point, but they contain high levels of Atranol and/or Chloroatranol (>100ppm) and are not recommended for use in perfumes or skin products. The highest-quality specimens will be hexane-free solvent-extracted, and IFRA-compliant.
