Insurance and Claims

Claims:  If a package is damaged during transit, the recipient must contact the courier to file a claim. Procedures with couriers like UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL may differ slightly, but it's important to take photos of the shipping box, its contents, and any damaged or broken items. Do not discard anything, as the courier has the right to request an inspection of the shipment. We (Lotus Garden Botanicals) do not handle insurance claims for the recipient. We accept no liability for denied claims or for any damage that occurs after we hand over the shipment to UPS, FedEx, USPS, or DHL
