Dendritic Salt

Available in 8, 16, and 32 oz sizes for the home hobbyist formulating their own bath salt blends. 

The unique star shaped surface area of Dendritic Salt enables it to hold more fragrance than any other type of salt.  Use as a fantastic additive to bath salt formulations with its non-clumping attributes.  Dendritic Salt is extremely fine (micro) grained that holds essential oil scents marvelously. Use by adding as little as 5%.  Because of its fine grain it can be combined with our extra fine grain Pink Himalayan Salt for an exfoliating scrub.  Dendritic Salt is an additive only and not recommended for use singularly.  Packaged in a resealable food grade standup pouch suitable for storage.

1 lb. Pink Himalayan Salt

1 oz Dendritic Salt

15 mL Carrier Oil of choice (optional/recommended to moisturize skin) (Jojoba Clear or Fractionated Coconut Oil are both odorless and colorless) 

20-25 drops essential oil

Mix essential oil into Dendritic Salt, stir well and set aside.  If using more than one essential oil note that 20-25 drops is the combined total number of drops.  Visit our Essential Oil Blends, many are well suited for bath salt recipes.  

In separate bowl add carrier oil to Pink Himalayan Salt and stir well. Add Dendritic Salt/Essential Oil mixture together with Pink Himalayan Salt and stir well.   Store in jar with tight fitting lid.  Done!

*Tip:  Use extra fine grain salt with additional carrier oil plus vegetable glycerin to make a luscious exfoliating salt scrub.
