This Coffee Co2 Select extraction of roasted Coffea arabica beans has a rich and clear robust aroma encapsulating the full spectrum of aromatic notes. We find it far superior to Coffee Co2 Total extracts because the depth of aroma with rich high notes meld effortlessly in the select extract for an overall higher quality aroma closest to fresh ground beans.
