Cancelling An Order

Once an order has been received by Lotus Garden Botanicals you may cancel but will incur 15% order cancellation fee prior to shipping. Order cancellation after products have been shipped are covered in our RETURNS policy (25% restocking fee for unopened hygienic products). Please see RETURNS for additional information.

We do not accept electronic messages as a cancellation notice. As a matter of security you must telephone our customer service (207-685-0167) between 9am-5pm EST Monday-Friday and personally speak with a member of staff to cancel an order. We will ask you to provide all details of the order to be cancelled.

WHOLESALE/BULK CANCELLATIONS - All bulk or wholesale orders incur 75% cancellation fee prior to shipment. Orders cancelled more than 90 days from order confirmation and prior to shipment incur 100% cancellation fee. Once shipped please see RETURNS for additional information.
