Breathe Well™ Essential Oil Blend

Breathe Well™ is our vibrant aroma-therapeutic synergy of pure essential oils for symptoms of cold and flu. Peppermint gives Breathe Well™ a pleasant candy-like aroma to germ fighting and camphoraceous antiviral oils of Tea Tree, Cajeput, Rosalina, Lavender Spike and Eucalyptus.  Place a few drops on a tissue or inhaler, in a diffuser, or use with steam by adding a 8-10 drops in the shower or bath to open nasal passages to ease congestion and discomforts associated with cold and flu.  Breathe Well™ can also be added to bath salts for a soothing bath soak.  

Although the common cold and flu can occur any time of the year it is more prevalent in the winter.  This is likely because we stay indoors more where the susceptibility of spreading germs through sneezing and coughing is greater coupled with dry air from heating sources. Germs tend to proliferate in such conditions.  Use Breathe Well in a diffuser as a less medicinal smelling cold and flu prophylactic germ fighting blend.  Breathe Well™ is an exceptional blend for gyms and spas with its sparkling clean fresh aroma.  For surface cleaning see Powerhouse™ blend.

Use Breathe Well™ pure essential oil blend in bath and body products, scenting candles and soap, in a candle oil warmer or electric diffuser, lamp rings, to scent potpourri or dried flowers, calming room spray, or add a few drops in the bath.

Due to the high quality of our full strength pure essential oil custom blend, only a few drops are needed. For dilution purposes use this blend in the same ratio as any pure essential oil single note.
