Black Spruce hydrosol stimulates senses with its wondrous brisk aroma of an evergreen forest. Best known as an immuno-stimulant and reviving adrenals, Black Spruce is also a highly effective analgesic for joint and muscular pain relief. Some sources recommend applying alternating hot and cold compress for back pain and repetitive strain injuries.
An interesting side effect of Black Spruce hydrosol is noted by Suzanne Catty saying that it spruces up the bustline, adding visibly and not insignificantly to the size and tone of breast tissue . She suggests blending with Peppermint hydrosol for a daily décolleté mist but cautions the effects are temporary and will disappear a few weeks after cessation of daily misting.
